The lie of fear- some fear is good and true; but, not all

Hello there!

It's been long I have attempted a post.

It was personal reasons, madnesses, confusions, jargon of life which keeps a human busy. Busy or trapped?

Difficult to figure out at times, thus, consuming more and more of our time.

Hopefully some bright and beautiful events as small as a small good photograph can also elevate your mood and give you hope for the future.

Now, have you ever met madness on the street, in the office, in this big bad world.

I am sure you have just like me.

One form of lie and madness that I often come across are people, who are scared of other people and their intentions.

Is it required always? Often, I wonder, is there no way to mitigate such fears, which we develop between humans and towards humans, you came and leave alone the fears we have towards animalsfor a moment.
Just close your eyes and take a few deep breaths

Relax.

Imagine yourself on the sand near a sea or imagine the Halong bay beach.

If you are a mountain person, then imagine yourself on top of any mountain that you have visited.

Now, feel the breeze and feel every detail which you can either remember and imagine.




A sense sets in, wherein you are not disturbed and experience complete tranquility, then as though your inner eyes are awake, wake up to this thought- how many people are there around you, who scare you and why?

If the list exceeds 10, jot the names and the reasons side by side.

Next, once you have done that, try to go through the list once again as you feel the wind on your face, the cold wind of the mountains or the warm breeze of the sea filled with the smell of sand, a sticky smell which can linger long, much after you have left the sands.

It can also be done in phases, just remember the first ten in one day and then the next ten the next day so that you need not open your eyes.

You can also play some soft music.

Next, check, how many of those 10 are
1) You are really afraid of, and 
2) How many are you just scared of, as you have heard something about them, or you have not liked some behaviour of theirs, 
3) Or you felt challenged either by their knowledge or wisdom or their immense sanity, 
4) How many are you afraid of, just because you fear they know your secrets, and you feel a threat that they could destroy you anytime by spilling out your secrets, 
5) How many give you egos.

You will see that by using these five above points you can segregate them each under one or the other point.

So, next, do you know by now, who are the ones about whom you should really be worried?

I guess, you have guessed it by now.
